1. The service
The platform provides authenticated viewing access to proprietary data feeds. It is a viewing platform only: not a trading platform, not a broker, not an advisory service.
2. No investment advice
Nothing displayed constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Displayed data is provided for informational purposes only. Trading financial markets involves substantial risk of loss.
3. Accounts
Registration information must be accurate. Credentials are confidential. Account holders are responsible for all activity under their account. Accounts are personal; sharing access is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
Attempting to access other users' information, probing or circumventing security controls, reverse engineering, scraping or redistributing displayed data, interfering with operation, or unlawful use is prohibited and results in immediate termination.
5. Intellectual property
The platform and all displayed data are proprietary. Access grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view data for personal use. No other rights are granted.
6. Availability
Continuous availability is targeted but not guaranteed. Data flow may experience gaps, delays, or interruptions.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms or for security reasons. Accounts may be closed by their holder at any time.
10. Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced on the platform before taking effect.
